We originally bought the site with planning for 5 residential units. By working closely with Urban Aspects Ltd, our Planning and Architectural Consultants, we were able to improve the planning consent to 9 residential units.
This comprises one existing 3 bedroom cottage to be totally refurbished, four new 3 bedroom properties to be created from the conversion of the Parish Hall and four new build properties (two 3 beds and two 4 beds).
Sold off Plan and completed 2016.
